My Journey
I am a qualified integrative therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and a BA Honours degree in music and theatre. From childhood, I experienced hardships that shaped how I viewed life and understood struggle. Later, my time in the performing arts added pressures that pushed me toward a self-image I couldn’t sustain, eventually leading to burnout. These experiences taught me the importance of self-acceptance and finding real support through life’s challenges.
I believe therapy should be accessible, not a luxury reserved for a few. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you can explore your path to healing without feeling pressured or judged.
In my practice, I’ve worked with clients facing issues like depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem, loss, and trauma. I also incorporate creative approaches, using drawing, music, and mindfulness tools to help clients connect with themselves in meaningful ways.
I look forward to meeting you and creating a space that feels right for you, where you can bring your whole self to the process.
